The University of New Brunswick Reds swim team is excited to announce that we are hosting a swimming workshop for freestyle and backstroke technical work!

About the event
From Sunday November 12th 9:30 am - 11:30 am
You will partake in a REDS Swimming workshop,
This includes:
- A 2 hour hands on session with many of our University Swimmers.
- Learning skills & techniques in both freestyle & backstroke from us
- Discussing your goals in the pool with us.
- Learning drills that you can use anytime outside of this workshop to help your stroke.
- Freedom to ask us of any questions you may have related to your swimming.
