OUR TRAINING ROUTINE
We stick to a strict training routine every week. This program is designed for our athlete's best performance.
Below is an average week of training for us. We have a mix of training in the pool with our coaches and training in the gym with our trainers.
In the pool we typically train for 2 hours, and in the gym for 1.5 hours.
